Windows desktop + ShopChat service.
Operating system
64-bit Windows. The production desktop package is built as an x64 NSIS installer.
Connectivity
Internet/network access to the ShopChat service and any configured integrations.
Installation
The installer supports Start Menu and desktop shortcuts and allows the installation directory to be selected.
